A quick and easy new service that saves time!

• Quick & Easy - A unique FREE service that allows you to book your holiday online and collect all documentation in either of our offices prior to travel.
• Convenience - You can book your dream holiday from the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you and call to either of our offices to collect your documentation eg. hotel vouchers, travel insurance etc. Collect your travel documents while you are out and about, on the way home from work or relaxing on a Saturday.
• Piece of Mind - Book your holiday with the confidence that you are using a Car Licensed and bonded IATA Travel Agency.  Upon collection of your documentation one of our experienced staff will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.
• Everything in one place - Once your holiday is booked and confirmed, we will ensure that all the necessary documents are all compiled together ready and waiting in our office for collection. Collect at your chosen shop after 2pm the next day.

• Collection point - You can collect your documentation in our Carlow office, detailed below:  Our office hours are Monday - Saturday from 09:00hrs to 17:30hrs. We close for lunch on Saturday's from 13:00hrs to 14:00hrs
• What proof of ID do I need to bring? - Please bring a copy of your confirmation or booking reference with you. Unfortunately we are unable to release any documentation without these details.
• Can somebody else collect my documentation for me? - Yes, if they have a copy of the confirmation email and or booking reference. Unfortunately without this we are unable to give out the documentation.
• Can I amend or cancel my 'Click & Collect' order on the website? - Unfortunately no changes/amendments can be made to your reservation online. However if you contact either of our offices on the numbers above during office hours a member of staff will be able to assist you with any changes or amendments that you need to make.
