The establishment is situated near the centre of the historical district of Bordeaux, just a 5-minute walk from the quays. Bordeaux hosts numerous sites of artistic, historical and architectural interest and several economically important activities, and is one of the most modern centres of the Sud-Ouest region. The apartment hotel is located near the famous Colbert Museum, the last important French destroyer (used between 1960 and 1990), which can attract more than 70,000 visitors per year. Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport is approximately 30 km away.||This charming apartment hotel offers a total of 71 air-conditioned apartments and studios, each fully equipped to accommodate between 1 and 4 guests. There are also 2 meeting rooms available for seminars, conferences and meetings.
