The Avondale Guesthouse is a super little B&B conveniently located for tourists wishing to find great value basic rooms that's only a five minute walk from Trinity College, Dublin Castle, Temple Bar, Grafton Street and O'Connell Street. Gardiner Street is synonymous as the centre of budget accommodation in Dublin and this is a fine example. It serves a purpose very well indeed. (GW 02/2012) ## Location Situated in the heart of Dublin, Avondale Guesthouse is just off Talbot Street, only 300 metres from Connolly Station, and a 10 minute walk from Temple Bar. The Trinity College campus is within an 8 minute walk, and Dublin Ferry Port is 3 km away. ## Rooms Rooms at Avondale are simply furnished, and each has a TV. Every room has shared bathroom facilities and Wireless Internet is available too. ## Restaurant A full Irish Breakfast is served in the Dining Room each morning between 0800-1000. There is no Bar or Evening Restaurant. ## Exterior Very pretty 3 storey Georgian Townhouse - very typical building for central Dublin. ## Lobby Almost like entering a private house, the lobby is located in the Hallway.
