This residence is considered as a first class property. The location is nice, services are excellent and you will find it very peaceful and welcoming. Highly recommended. ## Location The residence is close to the Eiffel Tower and opposite the metro station La Motte Picquet on one side and the River Seine on the other. The area is lively and very pleasant. Two minutes by car from the Eiffel Tower. ## Distance 15 kms to the airport (paris-orly international airport) 25 kms to the airport (paris-charles de gaulle airport) 2 minute walk to the nearest metro station (la motte picquet) 2 km to the nearest station (montparnasse) 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop 3 km to the nearest fair site (porte de versailles) ## Rooms All the apartments are in very good condition, well equipped and the red and white decor is contemporary in style. Both twin and double studios are equipped with sofa beds, the twin sofa beds being two separate beds and a large bed for doubles. Cleaning is made upon arrival and then on weekly basis, supplement apply for extra cleaning and must be paid locally. ## Restaurant Breakfast is available at this property. ## Exterior The style is modern and the facade is white. ## Lobby The lobby is medium in size and very bright. The welcoming decor consists of wooden walls, white tiled floor and white ceilings. The large lounge overlooking the street has leather sofas under a very high ceiling and a huge iron chandelier.
