This is a good and comfortable hotel. ## Location A few steps from the Termini central Station, in a quiet street near Piazza Indipendenza where public transport and a taxi station are available. It is well connected to the major attractions of Rome. ## Distance 20 kms to the airport (rome ciampino airport) 25 kms to the airport (rome fiumicino airport) 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station (termini/castropretorio) Close to the station (rome termini train station ) 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop 25 km to the nearest beach ## Rooms All the bedrooms have been recently refurbished are nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Six rooms are facing the garden, and four are directed into the garden. All the rooms are equipped with modern facilities. The floor is carpeted, and the roof has 20th-century paintings. ## Restaurant There is a very well lit veranda breakfast room right in the garden. ## Exterior This is a traditional building, dating from 1900 and in keeping with the surrounding area. ## Lobby The lobby is medium in size, with a bar and a comfortable sitting area. A nice garden is connected to the lobby, and there clients can have breakfast during summer surrounded by lemon and orange trees.
