Check-in must be before 8 PM after the access to the apartment will not be guaranteed. For the keys pick up please call to the phone number +32 484 37 42 82 or send an email to RESERVATIONS@BEANDBE.BE providing your name, booking number and stay dates Guests must show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Cleaning fee is included in the price of the stay. However, if accommodation is left in excessive dirt, an additional cleaning fee of EUR 50 will be charged. A surcharge of EUR 10 per 30 min after 19:30 hrs applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
