he hotel is located directly in the centre of Nice, just a few steps from the stunning Promenade des Anglais. It is just a few metres to the beach. Various fabulous tourist attractions, such as the flower market, are just a stone's throw away. It takes approximately 10 min to reach the railway station on foot.Built in 1960 and renovated in 2004, the hotel consists of a 3 floor main building and a 3 floor neighbouring building with a total of 28 rooms, of which 2 are singles and 26 are doubles. The facilities include a lobby with a reception, a safe and a lift.The unostentatious rooms are fitted with a direct dial telephone, a TV and a minibar. All the rooms are carpeted.
