The apartments are located in the luxury district of Charlottenburg, 200 m away from the Gedächtniskirche (Memorial Church) and the Berlin Zoological Garden. The train station of Zoologischer Garten is two blocks away, and the Ku'damm (Berlin's main shopping avenue) is around the corner.||The apartments are located in a modern building. Access to the reception from the main street is via a lift. The 34 apartments mainly face the back of the building and are therefore relatively quiet. Facilities available to guests at this recently renovated aparthotel include a reception area, lift access and a disco, as well as wireless Internet access and room service. There is a bike hire service and guests arriving by car may leave their vehicles in the hotel garage for a fee.||All of the apartments offer modern furniture and have all the necessary kitchen and domestic appliances. The comfortable apartments have a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and tea and coffee making facilities.
