The hostel is the place to go for affordable accommodation with modern comfort and a young feel, in Munich's city centre. The hostel is in the direct vicinity of the most interesting historical, cultural and architectural highlights, such as Marienplatz and the Frauenkirche (cathedral), Viktualienmarkt, Karlsplatz (‘Stachus'), Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest) and the Pinakothek der Moderne.||Renovated in 2004, the hostel is surrounded by gardens and is spread over 6 floors with 94 rooms. The inviting lobby offers guests a 24-hour reception desk, a hotel safe, a cloakroom and a currency exchange facility. In addition, there is a bar and 2 lifts for hotel guests. Furthermore, there is a WLAN access point and 2 public Internet terminals are also to be found within the hotel. Guests can enjoy the hotel's own terrace with a stunning view of the skyline with an alpine panorama. Bicycle and inline skate hire services round off the services offered and there is a car park and garage available for those arriving by car.||The tastefully furnished, comfortable rooms feature an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, satellite/cable TV, a radio and Internet access.
