The Hotel is located in a century building's half floor. In order to access the building guests are required to use a code: 13key2015. Please note that since the hotel is located in the middle of downtown it can be quite noisy. Check in starts at 14:00. Check out is until 11:00. There is a luggage storage at the property. Front desk is open from 8 A.M to 8 P.M. From 8 P.M. to 8 A.M. you can call as at the 0036706111088 number. If you occupy the room after 8 P.M. please come to the reception the next day after 8 A.M. to do the check in procedure. If you check out before 8 A.M. please leave your room key at the marked mailbox (located on the half floor of the building next to the reception door). There is a city tax not included in the price and payable at the property upon arrival. The city tax is 4% and can be paid in both HUF or EUR. The hotel requests guests to provide a valid credit card upon arrival to secure deposit for possible damages. The Hotel is in the St Stephen's Square. If the St. Stephen's Basilica main entrance is behind you, you will find the Hotel on the left side of the St. Stephen's Square. (The Hotel is located next to the California Coffee Company which is situated at the corner of the St. Stephen's Square.) You can use for free the Handy phone and take out the device from the Hotel. If you check in after 8 P.M. and did not secure your reservation with your own Credit Card you can ask for the phone next day after 8 A.M. at the reception. For the loss or damage of the device or accessories we will charge you an extra fee. Upon request, we can arrange a taxi pick up (33 euros).
