This hostel accommodation is ideally suited for the budget and student traveller. Rooms are basic and yet well looked after. This accommodation is especially suited for 3 people (triple room) or 4 people (quad room). (190508NN) ## Location Avalon House is one of Dublin's most centrally located budget accommodation centres, found on the Dublin Heritage trail adjacent to St. Stephen's Green. A two-minute walk from the hostel lies Grafton Street (the main shopping street) and Temple Bar (Dublin's trendy south bank). ## Distance 15 kms to the nearest airport (dublin) 4 km to the nearest station (connolley station) 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop 5 km to the nearest fair site (r.d.s.) ## Rooms Rooms are small dormitories and have bunk beds. Towels are not provided. Rooms are small in size and are simply but adequately furnished. Especially suited for 3 or 4 people looking for hostel budget accommodations. Rooms are all en-suite (shower and toilet). All of the rooms are in fair condition. Bed linen - sheets and quilt covers - are provided in all rooms. ## Restaurant There is no restaurant, but a light breakfast consisting of a muffin/ juice/ fruit/ tea/ coffee is served. ## Exterior Originally a Victorian medical school, this hostel has a charming appearance. ## Lobby Small in size, with information available on the surounding area.
