Only few minutes walk from the beach. ## Distance 13 kms to the nearest airport (fertilia airport) 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop ## Rooms All the rooms are medium in size and in very good conditions. All are very bright. The decor of the rooms varies: the majority are in a typical Mediterranean style, with white tiling and light colour schemes layout ## Restaurant The restaurant is on the ground floor and offers both Sardinian and international specialities. ## Exterior A typical Mediterranean building with large balconies ## Lobby The lobby is large and decorated in a very pleasant traditional style with sofas and chairs scattered around on which to relax or watch television and enjoy a drink from the adjoining bar.
