The largest resort in Sicily, the Hotel Village Citta del Mare is ideal if you are looking for a hotel that has it all. Whether you want a restful break of relaxation, or an active holiday trying activities and sports, this resort will deliver exactly what you need to make your break a special one. The hotel boasts a number of outdoor swimming pools, from the Olympic sized pool with lanes and views of the Gulf of Castellammare, to the Piscina del Golfo, which is a series of three pools that are scattered across the hillside and boast a whirlpool and water jets. Adults and children can find fun at the waterslides and toboggan rides. The beach sits just a five minute drive from the village, and can be easily reached via the hotel¿s shuttle bus. A section of the sandy bay is reserved for hotel guests, and is furnished with loungers and parasols for sunbathing. From here you can also rent a pedalo boat or a canoe and explore the coast. The village offers a choice of activities and entertainment options, from sports to games. Guests can choose from five a side football, tennis, volleyball, basketball, mini golf, water polo, diving, bowls and table tennis. If you would rather enjoy some pampering and relaxation, the wellness centre offers a choice of massages, spa treatments and beauty therapies. The evenings are filled with entertainment at the resort, with shows and live performances hosted. The shows range from musicals and theatre pieces, to comedy showcases and musical sets. *Please note: the hotel is requiring buying Village Card (payable locally), mandatory for all clients, which costs 5 Euros per person per day - payable locally.
