The residence is situated privately on a property of 25,000 m², 1 km outside the town of Sciacca on the hills of Mount San Calogero. It is 5 minutes' drive from the next beach and 3 km from the thermal baths. Catania-Fontanarossa Airport is around 224 km away.This apartment hotel, which was built in 2007, offers 11 accommodation units. Facilities include a children's playground and car park.This family-run establishment comprises quiet apartments with sea views. The whole complex is situated in a typical Mediterranean scrubland surrounded by green olive trees and an array of different natural colours. The apartments have everything needed for cooking, including a kitchen with fridge, cooker and tea and coffee making facilities, and for the clean-up. Further amenities include iron and ironing board, hairdryer, satellite/cable TV, safe and individually regulated air conditioning and heating. The private bathroom includes a shower. The deck area includes an umbrella and 2 beach chairs. A change of linen and a cleaning are carried out once a week and are included in the accommodation price.The establishment is situated on grounds of over 25,000 m², making it the ideal place for relaxing walks or invigorating sporting activities. It has a large outdoor swimming pool with sea views, a children's swimming pool and a hot tub. Sun loungers are provided on the sun terrace, and games are offered for children aged between 3 and 10 years.
