These 14 charming suites were renovated in 2009 and are fully equipped. They can accommodate up to 6 people and offer an independence rarely found in conventional hotels. The establishment is fully air-conditioned and offers 24-hour reception, lift access and Internet access. ## Location Situated in the heart of Eixample, one of the city's most prestigious areas, the aparthotel is close to many of the city's attractions. Just a few minutes' walk away, guests can admire the modernist architecture of Casa Batlló or indulge in some shopping at the exclusive boutiques of Passeig de Grácia and Rambla de Catalunya. In the same street as the hotel is the Ninot market, which offers fresh seasonal produce at reasonable prices, as well as high-quality meats and fish. The apartments are also situated near Plaça Catalunya and the bustling La Rambla. The area is very well connected to the rest of the city via public transport with Hospital Clínic metro station within walking distance and several bus routes and taxi stops also nearby. ## Rooms All of stylish suites are furnished to the highest standard and come with a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker and microwave; a complete en suite bathroom with shower; and a separate living area with a wide sofa bed that can sleep 2 additional people. The majority of the suites have 2 bedrooms, though the aparthotel also offers a 1-bedroom Deluxe Suite located in the Penthouse which features a private rooftop terrace with stunning panoramic views of the city. All apartments offer WLAN Internet access, air conditioning, central heating, colour satellite/cable TV, double bed and a balcony or terrace as standard. ## Payment The aparthotel accepts MasterCard and VISA. ## Notes Check-in is at 2 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Guests must contact apartment administration with a confirmed time of arrival prior to arriving to the apartments. Call at least 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival time. Upon arrival guests should proceed to the Boutique Barcelona B&B at Pau Claris Street 145, entrance 1 to collect the keys to their apartment, directions, and a map of Barcelona. It is open 24 hours and is within walking distance of Passeig de Grácia metro station. At check-in there will be a refundable security deposit charged by credit card pre-authorisation. Cleaning service is not included in the price.
