The 1 bedroom apartments are equipped with shower/WC, kitchenette with fridge, balcóny, direct telephone line, TV, A/C, safe (with extra charge) and a separate bedroom with 2 beds. 3rd and 4th person sleeps in the living room (convertible sofa bed). The property also offers A/C and heating in commom areas, a swimming pool (no sun beds), a small lounge and 24h reception service. An indemnity deposit is to be paid locally upon arrival (120 EUR), which will be refunded accordingly at the end of the stay. Cleaning 1 day/week, change of towels 1day/week, bed sheets 1 day/week.
