The building features Neo-Industrial architecture, making it one of Barcelona's prime historic buildings, full of loft-style rooms which have been converted into 23 apartments. This aparthotel comprises a ground floor and two upper floors and has spacious and bright designer lofts for up to four people, which truly stand out for their combination of brick walls and large windows of steel, cement and glass, ideal for long stays for business or pleasure. The main amenities include lift access to the upper floors, wireless Internet access, room service and a garage (for a fee).Guests are kindly asked to inform the aparthotel of their estimated time of arrival, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. The key collection address depends on the time and date of arrival: Monday and Tuesday 9 am to 11 pm at La Republica (120, Calle Pujades), from Wednesday to Sunday and bank holidays 10 am to 5 am at La Republica (120, Calle Pujades). Any other time at Hotel Balmes (216 Calle Mallorca). Please note that there is a cleaning service and change of sheets and towels for stays of 6 nights or more. Extra cleaning services are available on request.The aparthotel has single-space, loft-type, studio apartments, with large windows that fill the room with natural light. All rooms sleep 4 and are en suite and feature a bath or shower and hairdryer, as well as double, twin or double sofa beds, a direct dial telephone, a TV and Internet access.
