Location The hotel is situated on the quay beside the lake of Vinuela in the Axarqui­a region. The idyllic rural surroundings make it the perfect place for a hiking holiday. The coast and the nearest sandy beaches are 15 km away and there are shopping options 12 km from the hotel premises. The local town of Torre del Mar is also 14 km away. Here guests will find a vast array of restaurants, bars and clubs. The tourist centre of Nerja is 40 km from the hotel. There is a railway station 45 km away, Malaga is also 45 km away and Granada is approximately 75 km from the premises. Facilities Renovated in 2006, this hotel is one of the best examples of a respected hotel with Andalucian charm and is ideal for families, holidaymakers and business travellers alike. It comprises a total of 37 elegantly appointed, exclusive rooms on 2 floors. The hotel offers several types of accommodation unit (13 traditional/standard, 10 in the comfort category, 11 in the select category, 2 junior suites and 1 select junior suite), as well as 1000 m of gardens all set in fantastic natural surroundings. Among the facilities available at the hotel count an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom and lift access.
